Current status
Orbitrain is currently offered as a private preview. Access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn while the product is being developed. No price, billing cadence, refund entitlement, or paid-service commitment is presented by these terms.
Use of the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for protecting access to your account. Use the service lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, and do not attempt to access another person's information. Do not submit confidential third-party information, special-category personal data, or material you do not have the right to use.
Content, judgement, and evidence
You retain rights in original content you submit. You permit Orbitrain to process it as needed to provide, secure, and improve your apprenticeship. Orbitrain is an educational product, not legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for real-world decisions. Simulations, mentor observations, Records, and the intended Orbitrained Standard are learning and evidence tools. They do not guarantee employment, promotion, business results, or recognition by a third party.
Privacy and data requests
The privacy notice explains the current data boundary. Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion can be made through the product settings or by contacting privacy@orbitrain.com.
Availability and responsibility
The preview may contain errors, change without notice, or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orbitrain is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change as the preview evolves. A new effective date will identify the current version. A materially different paid offer will require its own clear terms before purchase is enabled.
